I am incredibly passionate about the field of accounting and finance, and my goal is to be a reliable business partner, to be of service, providing accounting solutions for small and mid-size businesses. My services cover a wide range of essential functions, including bookkeeping, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, tax planning and compliance, regulatory reporting, and auditing. 

During my professional career, I have gained valuable experience working abroad as a Senior Accountant with responsibilities in regulatory reporting, statistics, payroll tax withholding and remitting, intensive reconciliations, and adjusting entries. Additionally, alongside my full-time job, I operated as an entrepreneur in accounting services, independently managing the full accounting cycle. 

Driven by my adventurous nature, passion for exploration, and desire for growth, I made my way from Minsk, Belarus, to the USA in June 2018, ready for new and exciting experiences and possibilities. Upon relocating, I faced challenges due to the language barrier, and unfamiliarity with the nuances of local laws, regulations, accounting software, and terminology specific to this field. Consequently, I was unable to secure a position aligned with my specialty. However, after improving my English and familiarizing myself with local practices, I transitioned into the financial field, working as a Financial Manager at a financial management company. This experience facilitated my professional growth and equipped me with valuable skills in business correspondence, financial reporting, budgeting, and time management. Over two years in this role, I built strong, trusted relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service that was highly appreciated. This rewarding experience reinforced my commitment to excellence and inspired me to establish my own company, where I could continue providing personalized accounting solutions with expertise and care.
